Team Lead – Measurement & Verification - Finland
A deep-tech company in Finland is seeking a Team Lead to head its Measurement & Verification team, supporting the development of next-generation quantum and semiconductor technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical leader with expertise in semiconductor physics, quantum measurement, and/or cryogenic systems.
The successful candidate will lead a small, highly specialised team responsible for device characterisation, experimental measurement, and verification activities within a cutting-edge R&D environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary measurement and verification team
• Overseeing experimental characterisation and validation of advanced devices
• Driving development of measurement methodologies and cryogenic test capabilities
• Collaborating closely with engineering, fabrication, and research teams
• Supporting data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement
Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong expertise in semiconductor physics, quantum measurement, or cryogenics
• Hands-on laboratory and experimental experience
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
